History before Dreamscape: As possibly one of the most notorious legendarys, Deoxys prided on its uniqueness and domineering personality. Cold and reclusive to most but not afraid to demonstrate its powerful attributes. However, after an intensive battle, Deoxys took refuge to rest and somehow never woke up.
History after Dreamscape: Waking to a strange and wonderous world, Deoxys (now realising it was no longer genderless) or Deon felt new and strange mix of emotions. Never knowing such feelings, she became wary. A trick possibly? and so she took off to the first shady, dark place she could find - Pariah District.
Now her permanent home, she has found a place to unleash her old ambitions.
Personality: stern, greedy and promiscuous. Not so cold as to not have a little fun. Shows some care towards the girls of the casino - almost motherly. However, power hungry.
Occupation: As the New Head Officer to Nightshade, Deon has made it her mission to make Nightshade and its Casino one of the dominant powers of the Dreamscape world. All who enter are under her watchful eye and she will not tolerate miscreants.
